CK smart tea brewer series
Consistent tea extraction, from a single cup to batch preparation.
CK smart tea brewers combine a pump system with a smart control module to reproduce a tea master’s technique. Water temperature, time, pressure and flow are controlled precisely, so every batch is bright in colour, clean in aroma and consistent in taste — improving both drink quality and serving speed.
Core features
- Smart extraction programsPreset programs for teas such as green, black and oolong. Select one and the brewer runs the water temperature, time and extraction sequence automatically. Ten cup-volume programs can be stored.
- Professional pump technologyVibration pump: quick start and compact build. Rotary pump: steady pressure, low noise and long service life for a gentler, more consistent extraction. Adjustable pressure: set the pressure to suit delicate green teas or strong, high-pressure brews.
- T3 temperature controlPID control holds water temperature to ±1°C. Boiler (T1), steam (T2) and brew-head (T3) temperatures are set separately to bring out each tea’s aroma.
- Flexible capacityFrom single cups of about 300–500 ml to 2000 cc and 5000 cc batches, covering both peak-hour made-to-order drinks and advance preparation.
- Segmented pressure profilesOn the adjustable-pressure model, set different pressure stages for different teas, recipes and herbal blends to extract deeper flavour and a higher yield.
- Your brand on the machineThe touchscreen interface and the acrylic side-panel logo can be customised for your brand. The menu switches between English and Chinese with one tap.
Appearance and key parts
- 7-inch touchscreen The interface can be changed to show your brand or logo.
- Brew-head handle (brown wood) Loads and removes the tea basket; fitted on every model.
- Round pressure gauge Standard on CK-002, CK-003, CK-004 and CK-005; CK-001 has no gauge.
- Power switch On the right side of the head; the light shows the machine is on.
- Acrylic side panel The logo can be customised for your brand.
- Water inlet at the rear left Marked “Water Enter”; connect a tap-water or purified-water line.

Basic operation
- Preheat: make sure the tank holds enough suitable water, switch on and wait for heating to finish. Never heat the boiler dry.
- Choose a program such as “Black tea” or “Green tea”. Models with a custom mode also let you set water temperature, extraction time and pre-infusion time.
- Load a measured amount of tea into the brew handle; grind strong teas and herbal blends for better extraction. Place a teapot or measuring cup under the outlet.
- Press Start. The brewer pre-infuses, extracts under pressure and stops automatically. Do not move or open the tea chamber during extraction.
- Remove the tea leaves straight away and rinse the filter basket. Run the cleaning program at the end of each business day.
Installation and safety
- Electrical: the brewer draws high power. Use a dedicated, properly earthed circuit and socket; no power strips or sockets shared with other high-power equipment. Confirm your local mains voltage before installation.
- Water: filtered or purified water is strongly recommended. Untreated tap water causes scale that can block pipes, damage the pump and heater and affect taste.
- Placement: a stable, solid, heat-resistant and well-ventilated level counter with clearance for cooling, away from flammable materials. Built-in models must be installed by a professional.
- Heat and pressure: the boiler, outlet and pipes are hot and pressurised in use. Do not open the cover or touch the outlet while running; cool down and release pressure before draining or cleaning.
- First use: fill the tank with clean water and run one full cleaning cycle without tea. Operators should read the manual and receive basic training.
